Lisbon Speed Talk | India, a new Global Power?

Raquel Vaz Pinto spoke with Ashok Malik about India's affirmation as a regional democratic and multilateral power. 

Ashok Malik policy advisor in the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. He served as press secretary to the President of India for two years and was a distinguished fellow at the Observer Research Foundation, a public policy think-tank based in India. As a columnist, he wrote for a publications such as Times of India and Hindustan Times. He was awarded the Padma Shri, India's fourth-highest civilian honour.
